Taking care...

… of the mind, the soul, the being, the breath. On the path toward liberation, bliss, hesychia (inner stillness).

How to cultivate what is good for us? How to let go of what is already hurting us today? How to maximize our merits and minimize our mistakes?

If what you say or do harms another person - or yourself - it will create bad karma. Everything that helps another, supports them, increases their happiness or our well-being, will create good karma.

In short, in my workplace, would I rather have harmonious, content, and productive people, or a clean, efficient office where everyone fears each other, distrusts, is tense, irritable, and suspicious? An environment full of judgment, suspicion, criticism, and condemnation does not sow good seeds - neither for the mind nor for the office! Neither now, nor later.

That would be impractical and unwise. Of course, we can get tasks done - but how do we do them? And with what overall result? Are we stuck in quicksand of dissatisfaction, stress, anxiety, irritation, and frustration? Or is everything flowing smoothly? I’m told that many people are dissatisfied and depressed because their work environment is dysfunctional.

Study after study shows that when people genuinely respect each other at work - without hypocrisy - and live in mutual empathy, they work better and profits increase. Do you genuinely care for your coworkers, clients, or users? When they feel appreciated and valued, they will align with your energy.
